Once you have placed your order, we at Jacksies Underwear Store will do everything we can to ensure that your order is dispatched as soon as possible – this is usually within 24 hours.

All mail is usually sent using the Royal Mail First Class service. Please allow between 2 and 4 working days for 1st class delivery, but also please be aware that there can occasionally be delays with the Royal Mail service.

Delivery outside the United Kingdom

Orders of £75 or more	FREE	FREE

Delivery times may vary, but generally we recommend you allow 7-14 working days.

For all our deliveries a signature may be required.

Refunds

Jacksies Underwear Store is committed to 100% customer satisfaction; however we do understand that sometimes you might want to return goods ordered. Jacksies Underwear Store offer a 100% refund for faulty products and/or products returned unworn, in original packaging with labels intact. Please inform us within 8 days of purchase of any intent to return items purchased.

We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For peace of mind you might want to send the goods Recorded Delivery. We regret we do not refund posting charges for returning items. However in the case of an item exchange we will happily pay the post for returning an item to you.

If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund the difference to you.
If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment will be required before the item is dispatched.
Replacement items will be dispatched free of Postage & Packaging charges.
